I am OBSESSED with baking and have been baking from as early as I can remember!
My passion for baking started as a child when I was always helping in my Oma's kitchen in Germany.
Once moving to the United States at 20 years old, I started a cupcake catering business while in college, took some culinary classes and worked in a few restaurants and bakeries to help way my way through college.
10 years ago I found my calling with the start of my German food blog 'dirndl kitchen' and this year, I will publish my first German cookbook!

What if I can't make a scheduled time?
Not to worry. ALL sessions are recorded (yes, also LIVE sessions)! Meaning you will never miss anything and you will NEVER be behind. BUT please let me help you by making a plan of when you will be baking. You are 90% more likely to get it done if you have a plan and you will feel so much better that you did make a plan!
Do I need to have any prior baking experience?
While it's helpful to have some baking experience, no baking experience is needed in order to succeed in German Pretzel School! All modules are recorded, so you can rewatch sections over and over again until you have gotten the hang of it.
Am I too experienced?
